GSTHC September 23rd Seeded Hunt - Webster Park, Epsom NH

The September seeded hunt/potluck will be held at Webster Park in Epsom NH.  We need volunteers for seeding, running raffles, registration, bringing coolers, etc.  It is fun to volunteer.  The more people we have helping, the lighter the load for everyone!!

Everyone needs to RSVP, even if you've already paid and RSVP'd for the July hunt which was posponed to this new date.

We are also looking for members to volunteer to bring a dish of their choice to the potluck.  

Please use the links below to print/mail your registration form and sign up for event activities/potluck.  If you have any issues with the Potluck signup sheet, you can also indicate which dish you are bringing on the RSVP form and we will add it to the form for others to see.

• The club will purchase and grill up burgers and hotdogs

• Members will bring a side dish to share (please add your item to the sheet above)

• The cost for the hunt is $30. if paid ahead of time and $40. the day of. 

• The cost for those not hunting is $10.00 

• Members will be encouraged to bring a prize ($15. Range) and those who bring a prize will receive a ticket for a drawing for a Treasure Chest full of goodies. 

• There will be a penny warm up hunt with some cash prizes, and a main hunt with clad quarters and halves planted, as well as a number of tokens for prizes. 

• We are looking for volunteers for various event related activities.  Please use the above sheet to sign up.

• To pay in advance, send a check to the below address by September 15th to ensure delivery prior to the date of the event.
