GSTHC July 17th Seeded Hunt - Webster Park, Epsom NH

The July seeded hunt/potluck will be held at Webster Park in Epsom NH.  We need volunteers for seeding, running raffles, registration, bringing coolers, etc.  It is fun to volunteer.  The more people we have helping, the lighter the load for everyone!!

We are also looking for members to volunteer to bring a dish of their choice to the potluck.  

Please use the links below to print/mail your registration form and sign up for event activities/potluck.  If you have any issues with the Potluck signup sheet, you can also indicate which dish you are bringing on the RSVP form and we will add it to the form for others to see.

The Board agreed on a $20 fee for the hunt for those who pay ahead of time, or $25 if you pay at the hunt. This will cover the cost of the coins to be planted and meat for the cookout.

We are asking members to donate a prize for the hunt (approximate $10 value). This works well and gives us a variety of prizes so that most everyone will get at least one. If you know of other sources to obtain prizes, please let us know.  There will be incentive for everyone who brings a prize.
