GSTHC Hunt: Hickory Hill Farm - Sep 21

60 Acre farm with some area used for a horse coral on the street front and blueberry bushes behind that. But we will have access to a large field in the back as well as the grassy area at the parking area which is to the left of the house & buildings. This farm has been in the family for 50 years.

It is a tan cape with many other buildings to the left of the house. There are signs that say, “Fresh Eggs” and “Pheonix Stables” at the driveway. The large Hickory Hill Farm sign is on the garage. Do not be confused by another hanging sign that says Hickory Hill Farm” at 281 Back Road. That is the original large white house, but not the correct property. There are some power lines that bisect the property near the parking area, but not near the field.

Bonus: There is a port-a-potty.
