GSTHC Group Hunt: September 20, 2026

This is a beautiful 47-acre farm with a smaller area for horses near the house and a very large separate field.

The 8,000+ sq ft home was built in 2010, and the owner does not know of any history of the property. But he did mention that they accidentally found an old well in the horse corral area that they filled in.

Parking will be in the field close to the tree line by the road. There are two entrances to the field. One is halfway between #200 & #217 and the other is directly across the from the #217 mailbox (with a blue for sale sign). We should use both as there are some beehives and we don’t want to cluster too close to them. The field was hayed about a week ago and the grass is varying lengths at this point, some short and some about ankle height.
